Blech! Ordered Mahdi Mahdi tacos...instead we revved tilapia...manager came around and asked about our 'experience'...told him the issue, he confirmed it was tilapia but did nothing about it. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Always a good place for Mexican food. Easy to read menu with great selection of plates and platters. The food was fresh and tasty. The dining room was clean and comfortable and service was excellent too. The margaritas are really good as well .

Best meal I had in long time .....try brisket enchiladas topped with carne asada steak rice beans endless chips salsa..,. about $20 w adrink.... No regrets good

Food was fair but temperature was lukewarm. I came to make a to go order. I utilize a cane due to mobility issues, was shown to the bar with high stools. Not a good choice for someone with mobility issues. The bar was at a third of capacity. I had to wait while the server made a round to each patron before taking my order. I ordered a soft drink and again the server made another round to each patron before serving me. Also, I thought I ordered guacamole appetizer but when I got home there was a very small cup of guac with shredded lettuce mixed in. Is that an ingredient now? The server never smiled once.By the time my order came, I wanted only to leave. My tab was $40.00 but received the worst service . it will be a long time before I return.

Great, polite service that was helpful without being pushy, great sweet tea, and great food! If what you order has the option, try their charro beans. Mine had a flavorful, balanced taste but what surprised me was that they were tender all the way through - no tough shells.

A very nice, clean, friendly Mexican themed restaurant, the variety of delicious food options makes you think of when to come back for more. Food is good, moderately priced, and delicious, free parking, plenty of seating. I like their lunch menu items.

Saturday night is one of my favorite nights to eat here. They have their fajitas for two special. You get 2 margaritas, soup or salad. Which I recommend their yummy chicken tortilla soup, definitely warm you up on a cold night. Then you get your choice of chicken, beef, or combo fajitas. If you leave hungry there is something wrong, Lol. The waitress we had Shena is absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely one of my favorite places!!!!

Was eating at this place every week while I was in town. Got good service and really think their cheese and onion enjalidas are the best. Last visit there tried the spinach ones. Not so good. Server that day wasn't listening either and brought me 2 instead of one. When I told her order at was messed up she said I could take it with me. So I paid for something I didn't eat. Not happy about that but will go back and get cheese enchiladas and happy hour is great.Stopped by now about 3 months later. Had very good cheese enchilada and beef enchilada. Beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients. Took a while to b recognized at door to b seated. Prompt service with food and drinks but didnt c server again until I was finished so never got the charro beans I ordered so they took them off my bill.

Been to several El Chicos. This was one the best. Great food, clean restaurant and the service was awesome. Ask for Karen, super sweet and very attentive to our service experience!

We will never go back to this location again. Our waitress put lemon in our tea after we told her we did now want any. We told her I am allergic to lemon and she just shrugged her shoulders. We sat there for 15 minutes to place our order and she would cut us off and interrupt us while we were telling her what we wanted. She was very rude!!!!

I got the burrito bowl with pork and beef was super good. My husband got a burrito and it was gross. The bottom of his burrito is all hard. We will not be going back

We usually love going to El Chico and it is our first choice when we are going to go out to eat. However tonight changed all that and I don't think I ever want to go back. I seriously don't know what happened to this place! The service was okay but that's about it. The chips were cold a stale and had some kind of black stuff on them, almost looked like mold! The bottom two small plates they have on the table were obviously used by someone else considering there was food still on them! I always get the same thing because I like it so much and have never been disappointed, until tonight! Seriously I don't think I will ever go back! This location use to be wonderful but something must have changed because it has gone completely down hill!!
